IMPRINT
The imprint page lists the legal entities of the group, their registrations, the license under which construction work is carried out, the addresses and the contact details.
PRIVACY POLICY

What this site processes. This site has no user accounts and no analytics or advertising scripts. To deliver a page and keep the service secure, the hosting provider's servers process the technical data every web request carries: the IP address, the browser and device type, the page requested and the time. These server logs are held by the hosting provider under its own retention policy and are not used to identify visitors.
When you contact us. The contact form sends nothing to us: it opens a message in your own mail program, and you send it. A file you pick in the form is not uploaded — only its name goes into that message. When you write to us or call, we process your contact details and your message to answer you, and we keep the correspondence as long as the inquiry and any business relationship that follows require.
Legal bases and recipients. The technical processing rests on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site, and we answer an inquiry on the basis of the steps taken at your request before a contract. Data is passed only to the hosting provider that serves the site and, where the law requires it, to authorized public institutions. It is not sold and not used for marketing by third parties.
Your rights. You may ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, for its rectification or erasure, for the restriction of its processing or for its transfer, and you may object to the processing. Each of these rights applies as the law applicable to you provides. Write to info@globalinvestcom.com, and you may also complain to the supervisory authority responsible for you.

KVKK CLARIFICATION TEXT
Under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), INVESTCOM GROUP, as data controller, informs you of the following.
Data processed and purposes. When you contact us, you provide your name, your contact details and the content of your message. That data and the technical data of your visit described in the privacy policy are processed to answer your inquiry, to conduct the business correspondence that follows, and to operate and secure this website.
Legal grounds and method of collection. The technical data is collected when you open a page. Everything else is collected by email or telephone. All of it is processed under Article 5(2)(c) of the KVKK (processing necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract) and Article 5(2)(f) (processing necessary for the legitimate interests of the controller, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed).
Transfers. The data is transferred only to the hosting provider that serves this site and, where the law requires it, to authorized public institutions.
Your rights under Article 11. You may apply to the data controller to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if it is, to request information about it. The same application covers the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used accordingly, and the third parties to whom it is transferred. You may ask for rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data, for its erasure or destruction under Article 7, and for notification of these operations to the third parties to whom the data was transferred. You may object to a result to your detriment produced by the exclusive analysis of the data by automated systems, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. COOKIE POLICY
When you choose a language, this site saves its code in the NEXT_LOCALE cookie for one year. The cookie remembers your choice and is not used for tracking. You can delete it in your browser settings. During a language switch, the site temporarily stores the current page, reading position and selected project in your browser’s sessionStorage under v4:switch. This information stays in the same tab and is removed after it is read on the next page. Contact form fields are not included in this storage. The site loads no analytics or advertising scripts.
